PW744X-10Q YQ Large Flow Angle Sludge Valve is made up of wide chamber of angle globe valve and piston hydraulic cylinder actuated device. When having external pressure medium act on the piston, the piston takes reciprocating motion to drive the valve disc move, and then makes the sludge valve open or close.

The flow channel of the angle sludge valve and its disc are designed based on flow motion characteristics, providing a large actual cross-sectional area, low flow resistance, smooth medium motion, reliable sealing ability, quick action of opening and closing, and no water hammer incurred from shut-off.

The angle sludge valve is mainly applied in remove waste from water tank and container. It can be installed at the bottom of water tank to clean the deposited impurities, and at the surface as well to exclude the suspended solids. It is widely applied to waste system in different type of water works and industrial and mining enterprises, and also as stop valve in places in need of cutting off the fluid.

It is recommended to use together with YQ gate valves in order to reach a best mud removal effect.
